People who don't return their cart to the cart corral. Literally the worst people ever.

Right? Especially when they are parked right next to the damn thing.

SERIOUSLY. IT'S RIGHT THERE. The worst is when you think you've found a really good parking spot but there are 73748 carts in the way, and the -blam!-ing cart corral is like 2 spots away! WHHHHHHHY???
