I know this is a serious topic but was the story about South Korea blasting K-Pop over the border a true story? I shouldn't laugh but which country in their right mind would risk so much just to blast music and propaganda over the border to aggravate North Korea

If the bomb is as strong as they claim it to be then it will still only be 1/2 as strong as the Nagasaki bomb (little boy) and only 2/3 as strong as the Hiroshima bomb (fat man)
