That they would respect our gear that we worked so hard to earn? Grinding for days and weeks on end to get the latest shiny toy and you think it would be relevant after each update? I got the Gjallahorn about a week before TTK dropped and made it useless. I have kept many of my favourite year ones but don't use them anymore for obvious reasons. Bungie if you ACTUALLY respected your customers (aka every gorram guardian there is) then you would immediately increase ALL year one gear to year two levels (minimum 280 but really 290+ to make it up to us...) without us having to mess around getting marks or motes or coins or any other crap just to repurchase or level up the equipment we worked our butts off to get that YOU made irrelevant. Let us play destiny the way WE want to with the gear WE want to use. Stop creating the latest "meta" because it's what the neckbeard programmers think is the cool that month. Tl;dr give us back our year one gear at year two levels without having to work for it Also the Firefly reference was definitely intended.
