From two of my favorite cloaks: Highest Squidder: "Are you squidding me?" and I can't remember the other one but it's something along the lines of: "My love of Cephalopods is well documented." Also, ...the Vex Mythoclast and the Imago loop. The way they're written is such an inventive way to write it that I can't help but love... Additionally, There's a piece of Vex raid armor in which a guardian says he woke up once to find his heart beating to an unknown pattern, I always found that one interesting. And finally, even though I rarely use the gun, Invective: "They made a reach for my ghost. After that it was a short conversation. -Ikora Rey" (PS I don't even know if any of these descriptions are right, but they're close enough to get the idea. I'm sure there's a ton more since this game has incredible descriptions for its guns, armor, ship, etc, but these are the ones I first thought of.)
