Yeah, was definitely thinking of frosting... actually ice cream would probably be okay too.

Ice cream doesn't stay on the finger just slides right off lol

You'd have to work a little faster so it's not all over the place, but the sliding part is not entirely a bad thing. Well, from what I understand anyway.
