Can we take a moment of thanks to the genuine nice people who wait for you to get heavy with them. Truly you are the real MVP'S xD
Most teammates grab it quick and don't care but when multiple people grab the heavy it can change the game. So kudos to all the good teammates out there
Edit: Throw in people who use their supers to secure it for the team too :D
-
I wait till everyone comes, unless an enemy is close, better for at least me to get it than the enemy, you know?
-
Yeah, we all stand there waiting for that slow guy, then finally someone picks it up just when red shows on the radar and we all get blown up from a Truth rocket or nova bomb. Had that happen way too many times. New rule: it's on a timer. Be there within 3 seconds of spawn or wait until next time. Whole team doesn't need to die because you are slow.

Edited by aspinola: 2/2/2016 7:45:25 PMI normally sacrifice myself trying to get the enemies heavy. Sometimes it works but most times well.... (guardian down).
-
I wait, but if there is an enemy coming then I have no choice but to pick it up.
-
-
True heroes.
-
I always wait. I don't grab it until I see red on my radar.
-
Likewise :) I'm a waiter as well, as long as I can anyways until i see multiple enemies closing in.. However, I'm also a real dick sometimes & unleash a super on the enemy heavy ;) LOOK AT THEM FALL!
-
I always wait even if I see enemies coming, I use the super on them to keep the heavy safe
-
I never activate the heavy unless the radar is redder than the Soviet Union
-
I try to wait for as many people as I can. It doesn't make any sense to pick it up for yourself because there is a greater chance you are going to lose and your teammates will hate you for it.
-
I start camping the heavy box right when the game begins. I have no problem in waiting three minutes until heavy spawns.
-
You're welcome. I always wait for my team mates. If I see red coming I kill them and continue waiting.
-
I remember one time when I was playing skirmish with my friend, he picked up the heavy before the random on our team could get there. Next time my friend needed a revive, the random teabagged his ghost and walked away. He returned the favor, and after the game they spent an hour trash talking each other through messages.

Edited by InSaiyanRogue: 2/2/2016 5:11:36 PMI was barely out of range and some dude grabbed it. I was upset for some reason so I burned two clips into him. He msg me and said he was sorry for pulling it early, I was like it's all good bro sorry for getting mad over a video game.
-
Props to all guardians who also do this. It's appreciated. I will always wait for a fellow guardian.
-
I always wait if there are no enemies
-
I'll wait but if I see a red coming my way I pick it up. Not to sound like ass but it's better to pick it up kill them or die then letting them have it
-
I would rather they pull it before I get there than wait and get crushed by the enemy team's Truth rockets. You can wait for about 5 seconds most of the time, any longer than that and you are flirting with disaster.
-
I'll wait a few seconds to see if a teammate is coming towards it or not and if they are coming I'll wait but if they weren't smart enough to pay attention to the timer especially given a 15 second notice then they were only going to kill themselves with rockets. And if an enemy is threatening then I pull it. I'm not going to give the enemy heavy just because some dingus wasn't paying attention.
-
Genuinely nice?
-
Then there are the guys that grab it and you are JUST outside the range for you to still get it. Those guys are the worst
-
You the real MVP.
-
Man playing IB Rift NO ONE waited for heavy ammo it was so bad.
-
Agree. I watched a guy grab it twice without waiting once. Second time I followed him around and got lucky with a perfectly timed jump, right in front of him, on his first rocket.
-
I usually try to wait where applicable, there's also been times where I've had to blink up to it around all the red approaching, grab it and gtfo
