Can we take a moment of thanks to the genuine nice people who wait for you to get heavy with them. Truly you are the real MVP'S xD
Most teammates grab it quick and don't care but when multiple people grab the heavy it can change the game. So kudos to all the good teammates out there
Edit: Throw in people who use their supers to secure it for the team too :D

I have noticed a rise in Guardians waiting for team mates at the Heavy lately, finally the PVE crowd is getting it 😄
-
I always wait, why would I pick it up and put my entire team at a disadvantage? No point in that. I will only pick it up early if I see red on the radar as heavy a perfect place to use a super, however if there is no red I will wait for the blueberries.
-
I always wait for others to come. But the moment I see red on the radar, I'm picking it up. It's better if one person has heavy ammo than to have the enemy team pick up heavy ammo twice.

Edited by Somewhat Sweaty: 2/2/2016 2:31:11 PMFor real. I have seen some randoms wait for the entire squad! Even if it's for 30 seconds they'll just sit there and wait.
-
I'll wait but if I see a red bar on the radar. All bets are off.
-
Or as I like to call, the smart people.
-
While I agree with you that those people are genuine the most important thing is to keep the other team from getting heavy. I die way to many times waiting for people to get there. People need to pay more attention to the time. Bungie has not changed when heavy ammo is available since 9/14/14 and people still seem to hang out in the middle and then be pissed when they don't get it. I just say screw heavy and rush the opponent with my super now.
-
Heavy ammo can swing the tide of the battle, its crucial that most if not all your teammates get in on the package. Anyone who has played a game when one team has got both heavys knows this to be too true. Also, heavy ammo shouldnt be in rift imo
-
I try to wait for teammates, but if no ones around and the enemy is coming I'll grab it alone to keep the opposing team from getting it. Same with the spark in rift , some points are better than none.
-
No problem.
-
You're welcome :)
-
I've always waited. For as long as possible. Sometimes waiting will get you slammed by a rocket.
-
IB was full of clowns taking heavy by themselves with no enemies around. Next time take a minute and wait.
-
I wait until I'm rushed
-
I wait as well exept when I See a opponement coming
-
I try to wait if the enemy is far away. I only grab it fast to deny the enemy heavy.
-
When I played, I would defend the heavy as if it was the objective. Many Guardians have used it to their advantage.

Props on your name
-
I usually die while defending the heavy for my team mates to take it I get really pissed and always rage but that would lead us to a win so its fine However if im alone on the heavy and getting rushed by enemies then i am forced to pick it up (usually die right away but atleast deny the enemies from taking it) If its only one guy rushing though i wouldnt pick it up and just challenge him with my shotgun

Edited by GrayWulf25: 2/2/2016 5:20:41 PMI always wait as long as possible. Makes me laugh when solo, and people on same team run past the awaiting heavy and off into the distance... So you don't want any heavy ammo? OK kid
-
i played IB solo this time and in one of the games my entire team waited for me to respawn so i could get the heavy with them. i was totally blown away that 5 random people would wait when the other team had already got heavy ammo. best teammates ever.
-
I ranted at a guy about this recently, because twice in IB Rift he took the heavy ammo straight away by himself even though me and another guy were clearly almost there. If he waited 1 second we would have got the heavy, and this happened twice. It's definitely a pet peeve, but I'll always wait unless we start getting pressured by a possible enemy FoH or Nova.
-
As the rocket from the other heavy spawn comes in and takes you all out. :D
-
I only grab it when I see a red sliver on my radar. I'm not gonna wait for my entire team to reach the heavy if the other team kills me for it. Might as well just grab it to ensure the other team doesn't get it.
-
I always wait unless enemy bearing down. It's stupid not to.
