Teammates who wait so you get heavy too
Can we take a moment of thanks to the genuine nice people who wait for you to get heavy with them. Truly you are the real MVP'S xD
Most teammates grab it quick and don't care but when multiple people grab the heavy it can change the game. So kudos to all the good teammates out there
Edit: Throw in people who use their supers to secure it for the team too :D

2 RepliesI try to wait for team mates to get near the heavy if I'm by it, but if enemies start popping up on my radar and bullets come my way, I grab it quick so they can't have it.

2 RepliesAnyone know what the radius is for getting heavy ammo? I have been at the 19-23 meter mark several times and it hasnt produced a crate for me. Either lag or maybe the radius is 15 meters not 20.

I only take it right away if an enemy is close otherwise I wait for everyone close

I always wait, but I don't rely on a lot of heavy so I'll often suicide rush the enemy off the ammo to protect it or stop them using it.

People need to realize that 3 or 4 players w heavy is way better than one asshole who grabs it early.. And prob dies.. So yea kudos to those who actually play as a team

The pick up radius needs to be a little bigger, I`ve been 10 feet away and I don`t get the heavy ammo. Kudos to those players who wait.

Yes, thank you for waiting. Had you not waited, I wouldn't have been able to wipe almost your entire team with my super or the rockets I just picked up. Joking aside, some maps you can wait a pretty long time whereas others (like Pantheon) you pretty much shouldn't wait at all. The other downside of waiting to pull heavy is that you are delaying your ability to get into position, allowing your opponents to control lanes. This isn't a big factor in all maps, but it does matter a lot in some.

I wait, BUT if the enemy is closer and I have the potential to be out-numbered or die, I grab it to keep them from having it. Simple judgement calls.

I [b][u][i]ALWAYS [/i][/u][/b]wait til anyone nearby comes to pick up heavy ammo. The only time I pull it quick is when there are enemies closing in on the radar or there is absolutely no one from my team nearby.

I would assume by now everyone would know the times at which heavy comes and where it spawns. Be the guardian that uses super to push the opposing heavy (real MVP), or be there when it spawns. Don't let that A.D.D control you

The only time I don't wait is when I'm Worried the enemy will get to me before my team mates.
