Stormcallers DO need a nerf.
The reason being, everything else has been nerfed. And the range is pretty insane, the speed is WAY TOO HIGH, etc

Duration and landfall are the only that need to be touched up. The range is fine, and stormcallers receive a movement decrease in stormtrance. Only way to combat is with ionic blink, which decimates super energy
