This is one of the best things I've ever read on this forum. I'd say it should take more than 1 E. Light to increase from rare to legendary just to make it a little more difficult.

its not just about me not getting what i want, its about a lot of people not getting something they have over-grinded for and it is also about the unfiarness of the loot system that has been adressed by many players since day 1 and has beed completely ignored by bungie
