Creepy Things You Were Told As A Kid?
Well Offtopic?
You know the 'fairy rings'? The circles of mushrooms that you find in fields and forests? Well, as a kid in the countryside I found a lot of them. My grandmother told me that if I went near them I'd be kidnapped and murdered by fairies. That's a pretty normal stance in Irish mythology. Still, I get shivers when I look at fairy rings.

3 RepliesLooking back, probably that an obese potential pedophile would go around the world one night, break into everyone's house, and leave stuff behind. Apparently he also had a list for behavior. Like what the -blam!-? And being bad apparently warranted leaving a lump of coal as a threat. Add on the fact that we were supposed to leave out milk and cookies for the -blam!-er. [spoiler]I made it fairly obvious but its santa claus[/spoiler]
