I mean it's only been asked for since destiny released...but I'm sure they are really close to finishing. They have to be right? I mean it isn't like they ignore their player base whenever they ask for something.
Especially PVP based issues. They love working on that before even looking as to what PVE issues there are.

They just got a a "new" CEO, who was already the COO and was with Bungie since the old Halo days. If he didn't do much as a COO, I doubt much will change. Even then the higher ups are just like political candidates, all talk, but when it comes time to make changes they space magically disappear lol
