Swords can block a golden gun shot, sometimes two. If it's arc or void.

I've killed many blocking swords with gg.

I think only the exotic swords can block a single shot(Dark Drinker and Bolt Caster)

All I know is I've killed about 10 guys while they are blocking with sword. It also takes 23 bullets from raid lmg to kill someone blocking.
