Stormcallers DO need a nerf.
The reason being, everything else has been nerfed. And the range is pretty insane, the speed is WAY TOO HIGH, etc

I use Stormcaller exclusively in crucible now, and yeah, they could probably use a nerf.

It can go either way ... I sometimes get zero kills with stormtrance ... More than I care to admit. Sometimes, I wipe out the whole team. Usually it is 1-3 kills.

During Iron Banner I killed more warlocks using stormtrance than I died to. It really does make them easy targets unless they have ionic blink. Limited range, can't sprint and they have to use ionic blink if they wish to have enough mobility to close gaps before they get killed.

1 ReplyIf anything needs to be changed its the duration buff they receive during transcendence. Damage is fine. Range is fine. Speed is fine. Armor is fine.

The range is way too far, I agree. The Melee range (with the perk that extends it) is also ridiculous. Everything else is fine

Put the hammer where it was pre nerf Bladedancer gets an extra 20-30 seconds Gunslinger gets 5 shots with no timer Fist of havoc has a 20 yard radius Bubble Titan lasts an extra minute Voidwalker deploys instantly. (No animation making you novabomb a wall) Shadowshot traps last longer and can't be destroyed and sunsinger gets 300% more armor in radiance. Hehehe

1 ReplyI mean transcendence could stand to lose a second or two and it needs to consume the grenade and melee charge it takes, and the melee distance can be ridiculous, but beyond that it's fine.

not to mention it lasts so long, one can get killed twice by the same activation if you get an unlucky respawn.
