There is nothing that will survive a GG headshot without lag being part of the equation. NOTHING.

Not sure if GG does headshots seeing as there is no critical damage on GG.

Ok. I've tested it out a bit. For sure, the yellow numbers don't appear. The highest discrepancy I've seen is 3000 damage if aimed at the head, though that could have also been distance since enemies have a habit of walking backwards.
