Trial mode but I own the game?
Hi there, I previously played my friends destiny disc in my PS4 console and after playing it I decided to buy it from the PlayStation store. Since this I have had a lot of trouble, it wouldn't let me play the game unless I have the disc so I home PlayStation and they went through the steps of deleting and re-installing destiny collectors edition... The game is only letting me have access to earth (4 stories 1 strike) and the tower. When I'm in orbit in the top left hand corner we it says trial mode. Before anyone says anything I do own the whole game and have licences to it. I Downloaded the collectors edition which include; destiny, expansion 1, expantion 2 & the taken King... I've seen this as a problem many time on forums but I can't seem to find a solution. Please help me as I have re-downloaded it twice and it's frustrating as I paid £59.99

2 RepliesHello CheeseChuffer, Our records indicate that while your account does own the digital license for The Taken King, your account does not own digital licenses for the base Destiny game, The Dark Below, or House of Wolves. These expansions are required in order to play Destiny: The Taken King, and this is why your account is in Trial Mode. If you believe that these licenses were purchased but not granted, or that they have been revoked, you will need to contact your platform support.
