Get a ghost from the speaker that has spinmetal Finder on it and start at The Steppes. You have to wait a minute or so for all the nodes to spawn. Harvest the area and move to the moth yards. Then Forgotten shore the go through the grottos to the rocket yards and then the divide. After go back to the steppes and rinse and repeat. It's a long boring process. But you'll get one of those things per cycle. And you'll have a shit ton of spin metal that you can trade in for rep to whoever takes it.
