Juggernaut sacrifices shoulder charge or unstoppable. It's really only viable in certain game types. Comparing it to other classes far right perk trees, it's on par, same with shoulder charge.
Invective does fire too fast, easily able to double/triple tap people from great distances. But it also means they're not using an exotic primary, so fairish trade.
No Backup Plans are fine. Don't get killed by a shotgun and he never gets his OS.
I don't have enough experience with PF to comment.
Heavy is heavy, it's available to everyone and everyone has pretty nigh the same heavy weapons. I think it should not spawn in 3v3, or spawn with half the ammo it does in 6v6 to keep it balanced.
Mida is fine. It can be easily countered in almost every range, it's just a nice all purpose gun.
So I mostly agree with 1-2 of the points. The rest aren't thought through.
The most annoying, scrubbiest, (insert adjective here) thing in the game is fusion grenades. I see videos of people throwing them at a guardian, watching it go 5 feet to their right, only to take a 90 degree turn and stick on their forehead. I don't think any grenade should be OHK, especially with it tracks better than Truth.
