No kidding! And it just seems to get worse all the time. Corporate greed is real. No wonder the gap between the rich and poor keeps getting bigger with the middle class disappearing. The Boards and major stockholders in most companies are often executives in other companies, who approve the outrageous salaries for each other. The demand this places on generating revenue just becomes greater while they get richer. It's a sad world we live in when an executive can be at a company for only a year or two and make more money in salary, bonuses, stock, and severance than many people make in a lifetime.
