Hmm. So Chief OPERATING Officer (COO) responsible for day to day operational running of the company, becomes Chief EXECUTIVE Officer (CEO) responsible for strategy and profitability of the company. What do you really expect to change??
The day to day operational responses to customer feedback are significant issues right now. That isn't the CEO role....that's COO.
