Any other solos out there actually enjoying iron rift
So I booted up destiny an hopped on into what I thought was gonna be lag spawn kill fest 2016. And other then a few rough matches I've been blown away by how much fun I've been having. Haven't been running a good kd, but I've been just annoying the hell out of the other team with shade step and my iron wreath. And it's been a blast. So color me surprised bungie good job this time
Edit: So happy to hear of everyone having a good time and keeping the salt levels low. Hope you all keep enjoying the banner and loot

Im not a big fan of rift to start with, and thought it was gonna be so painful as a play solo most of the time. But i have to say i've won about 60% of my matches playing solo, i've also noticed people playing the objective more in rift than control.

Mixed bag. Whats annoying about solo at the moment is ive had 3 games where ive been put in with less then 2 minutes to go and behind by a tonne. Thats annoying

Loving rift in team and solo. Much more strategy based than killing each other lol. Titan sith double lightning grenades and max dicapline all the way

yea me too. I don't play rift often so my first time this IB I finally slammed dunked the rift and man it was awesome. I even yelled out **ck yea. it kinda brought me back to year 1 and beating VOG for the first time.

Still had fun, cause at the end the only thing that really mattered to me was the the 15+ kill average per game and completing my bounties to level up rank. While people are concentrating on the rift I'm concentrating on them. Fun times.

1st Time doing Iron Banner, as I usually never( I mean NEVER) play pvp but this time I want to get that ps4 helmet. I am( surprisingly) having lots of fun playing IB... Until I go against a group of 6 :(

Still lots of red bars, but it's okay, won more than lost, even against fireteams.

I hated it at first, but finding my feet now Could really do without coming up against fireteams though

It's okay when my weapons and radar work. ( about 20% of the time )

2 RepliesI really am not minding it. Its a pretty simple gametype to be frank, and im still finding lobbies that support the solo player that picks the spark and goes. Im actually averaging a really good K/D as well. Actually getting Phantoms and other medals I havent obtained before. Even hit a 43 and 3 game with 2 captures.

Lost only one of the many matches I've played since it launched and I've been solo the whole time, as soon as I spawn I rush to the spark and score it....simple enough actually

4 RepliesI was for a while but later on in the evening spawn campers were out in force(why rift sucks) so I just turned off for the evening and will try again today.

2 RepliesNot so bad on my hunter.. U can even chase the other team with 3000-4000 point lag if u can carry the spark.. Over all rift is a change..Point is if u r on losing side players drop out n u hardly get players who chase to win with u..n yes u get dropped on losing team a lot sometimes.
