Both sides have their main theory of how the universe was created. Both theories have inconsistencies and areas where supporters fill in the blanks due to lack of evidence.
Christianity:
"God created the universe."
Where'd he come from?
"Not entirely sure, but I know future revelations will eventually reveal more."
Atheism:
"The universe was nothing, then the Big Bang happened."
How did something come from nothing?
"Well it was actually antimatter and matter canceling eachother out, and they created the Big Bang."
If an equal amount of matter and antimatter created the Big Bang, why has all of the universe that we've observed so far been made up almost entirely of matter and not antimatter?
"Not entirely sure, but I know future scientific studies will eventually reveal more."
How about trying to prove your own theory instead of spending all your time trying to disprove others? Neither side has enough evidence and infallible logic to be considered correct, so calling out the opposition for being wrong is hypocritical.
Thanks to Crazylincoln for the matter/antimatter theory I listed above (that still has gaps in logic):

Here's the link to the Wikipedia page on the Baryon Asymmetry, which I used above to show the major logic gap in the matter/antimatter theory Lincoln posted:

UPDATE: It seems the Lincoln from that thread was actually an imposter, giving just one more reason to discredit him.
