I can't tell how many times I've accidentally killed a teammate with a grenade. I played a round and I got banned for betrayal because of 2 grenade kills and someone on the team trying to kill me. Do you think they should keep team killing?

I think that they should reduce freindly fire damage to 50%. If that can be done in custom games by the players, then it could be done for matchmaking.
also, I hate it when a teammate Spartan charges me in breakout
No, they should keep it. You just need to learn to be more careful, and not nade spam an enemy.
-
It has its benefits, an incentive to not nade a choke point with teammates there.
-
Some guy spartan charged my ghost ultra, flipped me out of it, and stole it. I got another one and splattered him about 3 times after that lmao.

Remove betrayal from vehicles. I can't even count how many times I've been killed by teammate because they can't drive a Mongoose or a Warthog for shit.
-
Remove friendly fire? Unlike most of this forum I actually like 343i, and the only thing I've ever truly hated them for doing was removing friendly fire from Halo: Reach's infection playlist.
-
The only thing I liked about Halo4 was that friendly fire was off. My teammates tend to throw a lot of nades at me.
-
I hate it but it's a halo memory so keep it
-
I hate Yoinks and I swear they are the bane of my existence, I don't do them and I don't take them. However, it is a part of Halo that I wouldn't like to see leave.
-
Remove betrayal? OP, friendly fire is Halo tradition. Someone needs to discipline the noobs.
-
I like in halo 5 it's says "e tu Brute?" When you get kicked for doing too much

Edited by Pheint3d: 1/26/2016 11:55:44 PMit should stay to prevent unfair nade spam. I say unfair, because halo always has nade spam. That's just part of halo since nades are actually a big part of the skill gap. Unfair nade spam means you being able to get away with throwing a nade inbetween a mid ranged fight in a enclosed space between 2 spartans, 1 of each team, while you clearly would have damaged both but only the opponent spartan dies. Same for rockets.

At least people have stopped grenade spamming so damn much. I hated the beta so much, Breakout especially, because people would grenade spam without any thought and there was no downside to doing it.
-
It wouldn't be Halo without it. Just wait until grifball is released ;)

Edited by Reign of Bane: 1/26/2016 5:15:44 PMIn the beta they removed it and I liked it. However fact is it wouldn't be Halo without friendly fire. Grenade spam can be deadly so just try and be aware where your team mates are in relation to the enemy. Accidents do happen though even then. 343 have listened as I think people that purposely betray to get power weapons or just because they are arseholes really should be banned temporarily.

Op is a noob nade spammer
