recently found out my psychiatrist for my non-severe self-imposed personality complex (long story) was struggling with extreme depression and suicidal thoughts, and I gave him a long list of logical ideas of why not to, as opposed to his mainly emotional way of treating me. My way worked perfectly and I got a big hug :D but I'm still stuck with 4 people inside my head. what now?

Just make friends with the voices, reason with them maybe they can become your friends.
