If the answer to the question is "yes" then I have an idea for you. All it takes is a piece of paper, a pencil or pen, and yourself(of course)
Write most or all of your problems in life. Then, crumble it up as tight as possible and throw it in the trash.
I promise you that you will feel much better. Being sad all your life is bad. It lowers your self-esteem, and you don't want that.
Find the good things in life and hang around positive people.
I just gave you therapy. You're welcome. ^.^
I'm only depressed in school. I recognize it as necessary but I feel like most of the people in honors/ap are total dumbasses. I feel like I'm drowning in a sea of idiots but beyond that I'm fine

(⌒▽⌒) Thank you. But honestly, now I'm just going to worry about that paper. Oh god, what if someone finds it.

Once I have world domination, then I'll be happy.

Edited by RynoTheEdgeLord: 1/26/2016 11:48:15 PMA better one, after you right all the objects on the paper, burn it. Sit there by it and watch it burn. It's relieving. Even if you're not depressed and just need to let go of something. Write it down, and burn it.

Surround yourself with friends, have hobbies to distract you and have some hilarious and funny thoughts that make you happy. A bonus can be watch your favorite youtuber. Is going to take time but don't stress yourself out because of it, it takes time to heal. After that you'll see back at it like "Why was sad?". Trust me, the aftermath of happiness feels -blam!-ing amazing.
