Hello.
I play the role of Sherpa for very new people in the raid (280+ welcome) by myself on Heroic Mode King's Fall w/ challenge mode ever since I was #4 on PlayStation destinytracker for highest level (319 to 320 at that moment).
I do it anonymously in the sense that I don't stream or anything.
I only have fun with my bae fusion rifles and auto rifles in crucible, and helping new people in the raid.
That's it.
Crucibles a bit too laggy for me recently so I just sherpa people 3x a week and that's it.
I can NOT help people anymore.
I've previously posted multiple times on the recruiting section of these forums that I'm helping anybody new and bump it, nobody responds.
I post on destinyLFG sites that I help new people, nobody messages me.
I message randoms in the tower and ask if they'd like to raid, nobody responds.
In about 4 weeks of the total of 9 or so since I started doing this, I have gotten 3 replies.
THREE.
Nobody that's new even tries to look for a group because the elitism has grown that strong to discourage new people from even TRYING.
I can't help new people on stream to have a growing fanbase because my internet sucks.
I need help from you community managers please. Suggestion below!

Make a sticky under recruitment that has a list of Sherpas & the Sherpas can message you what times they're often on and you can put them next to their name along with what console they're on + activities they help with.
It would give new people an incentive to even LOOK for a raiding group instead of doing what they all do and assume nobody will invite them because they aren't 310+.
It's a waste being one of the few that can help full 280-290 groups on HEROIC MODE King's Fall and not have anybody to help. Haven't raided this week because I can't find new people. Can't have fun helping others anymore..
Still willing to help btw im on ps4

Have you tried Reddit? They have a Sherpa sub there.
