Bungie, could you please explain to me why I have to purchase the Taken King AGAIN on the Xbox One after already having had purchased it on Xbox 360?

I really want to know this as well. I've been a fan and supporter of bungies work for many years, a loyalty that's beginning to fade when you attempt to nickel and dime us. I would appreciate access to my purchased content to which both are Microsoft based platforms.
