The only problem I see is... Just who exactly is going to monitor this? How will they do it? I mean, just [i]imagine[/i] what new laws for this neural interface be like if our minds were to turn into supercomputers.

And that's just the begining, we could theoretically be able to create programs that allow us to download scenarios onto our brain that we can play through while we sleep, or text people using our thoughts over wifi, I want this done in my lifetime. Also a robotic arm with a mini gun built in (loaded with paintballs) because I could have a heck of a time with that.
