I recommend asking someone you know and trust in real life. Tell them how you feel. I don't know what type you have, but I have manic depression. My way of coping was fighting and hurting myself. Neither were healthy. But then I asked for help and now I don't struggle with it too often. And when I do, I simply work out. But everyone has there own way of coping.
