13 chest engrams, left with just over 50 strange coins, and my results are
7 Crest of Alpha Lupi (Titan)
5 Crest of Alpha Lupi (Hunter)
1 Alchemists Raiment
Come on Bungie this is rigged or something. I even went into orbit after decrypting an engram, went back to the tower, and bought a new one each time for the Xur bought engrams. I had about 4 3oC engrams. Just give me a Garrison or a Tarentella. Please for the love RNGsus stop this complete and utter bullshit.
TL;DR- Bungie fix your game you worthless sack of donuts! I apologize for the language but this is dumb.

I bought 2 on my titan and got crest of alpha lupi and twilight garrison, both 310.
