Look at just the connection rates for dedicated high speed lines, you can easily be looking at $1000000 a year for the line, $5-10'000000 for the build cost of running the lines to your server farm and that's just to connect them to the backbone. You then have to buy them/rent them, build the secure highly cooled location for them, service them!
