You realize they need multiple servers In different areas right? Maybe one in new York one in Cali etc. Also servers that would hold that many people on it would cost way more and would probably have monthly payments involved to keep the servers up.

You might want to do some research on eso dude. They manage fine on one in the US and one in Europe, funny that.
