Should Black Spindle have Final Round?
Black Spindle is based around getting headshots. Final round only procs when you get a headshot. Mulligan is a crappy perk. Black Spindle would be way more effective with Final Round.

I say yes. Why? More dps, that's why! Every third shot you deal bonus damage. Screw mulligan, why the heck are you missing?? Git gud!
