We were all squeakers once...learning just like them....most of the time we forget or act like we were so much better.
Edit: Figured the statement would be obvious.....forgot I was on the Bungie Forums I guess.

I didn't play online games with adults when I was 10-15 years of age. That's the difference. Neither did most other adults.

I have never been a squeaker. I didn't have an Xbox live account until I was 16.
-
"i have never" yes you have pleb lol unless you were born with an adult voice
-
A "squeaker" is a gamer term. Meaning; person, usually a small child, with a high voice.
My balls dropped before I had an Xbox. Then a few years later I got an Xbox live account. So yeah, I never had a high voice over any sort of communication device for a gaming console.
Lol, pretty much the same

Edited by docalvaran: 1/21/2016 6:30:58 AMWhen i was about the same age as squeakers today. There was no multiplayer or online gaming. We played with our neighbors who are in the same age group. I couldn't imagine playing with an adult. Now kids can play with adults thus making a conflict.
-
Same thing with me. When I was young, online gaming did not exist. You either were at the arcade playing Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter, or at home playing a single player game. That is why I do not allow my kids to get involved with online gaming. There is too much exposure between a wide span of age groups.

Same where I lived
-
When I was the age of a squeaker I didn't play video games cause multiplayer didn't exist back then.
-
Obviously multiplayer player was much back then....though the principle is still the same. Not just referencing gaming.
-
I'm not a squeaker, however just because people can tell that I'm a little younger (I'm 14) they all leave. I'm so sick of it.
-
I'm an adult. My first thought after coming home from a hard day's work isn't "Man I feel like playing with a group of 12 year olds". Sue me.

Edited by docalvaran: 1/21/2016 6:33:39 AMAhahaha. I have kids and even if i love them unconditionally they still manage to piss me off from time to time, now imagine kids that i don't even know of.

Good for you.
-
A lot of us didn't do online gaming as squeakers.
-
Nope. But it still applies.
