I played with some younger people during both of my completed raids, it wasn't a problem for me. Being a noob to raids, I'm not really able to get angry at people for not knowing what to do, nor would I anyways.

It's not about them not knowing what to do, it's the grating voice.

I didn't. I wasn't playing online video games with adults when I was a kid. If you're a teen or below and you act like a teen or below you should expect adults to not want to play with you. Just like in real life I wouldn't hang out with teenagers.

It's not real life though, it's online and you're playing a video game, not hanging out in a public place. I don't really see the problem from it, but I can see where you're coming from. We're all different.
