Got DC'd right before Golg challenge ended. No loot
There are 6 guys on the radar up until 0:07. Then I got some destiny error on my screen, I panicked and couldn't see what the error message said and got booted from fireteam but stayed in the party somehow. At 0:37, when Golgoroth drops and people are picking up loot, it says I (Hank_D_Mo) departed. Everyone else picks up their loot but I got nothing at the postmaster. I tried to capture video but it would only capture from where the error happened forward so someone else did the capture for me. Any chance I can get the loot for this?

2 RepliesHi HankD First, I am very sorry you were disconnected at literally the worst possible moment. However, as the error disconnected you form the game itself the loot will be lost as leaving an activity by any other means(even if by error of the game itself) will result in the loot being unable to be sent to the post master :< https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13965 With that said as it was then lost into the either Bungie will not be able to replace it as they cannot replace disappeared items (link mentions deleted mostly but it is the same policy) https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 Looking at how you disconnected at literally the moment of kill MAYBE there might be a chance you actually had disconnected right before he died so you can have a second chance at the loot? Does your advisors have a check for golgorth in the kingsfall section? If it does not then you can try again.
