Trouble downloading Expansion 1

Bought Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition via XBOX Marketplace. When downloading the game along with all the content, Expansion 1 keeps failing to download. Does Expansion 2 have all the content for Expansion 1? How to rectify this?
