Hello, everyone! I know I won’t get much reception from this one (Due to my… *ahem* huge gap.), but I just wanted to tell you I’m back in business! I’ll be post every 3-5 days, now that I’ve slowed down.
I know I’ll be getting a lot of backlash from y’all, but I really just wanted to write again.
Also, 2 new characters will be here soon! And, well, a separate one is coming in this chapter….

Sasha looked down on an open arena, with hundreds of dregs and vandals scrambling all over each other to get… somewhere?
“What is this place-” She looked from her perch, in the storage room.
“Your guess is as good as mine.” Ghost whispered to her, wary of any surveillance. He looked down, pondered, then looked at Sasha. “Sasha, is everything alright with you? You’ve been very disconnected. More than you usually are.”
Sasha’s visor seemed to glow, and she sighed.
“In the ship.” Sasha glared at the floor, kicking a sphere against the wall, with it bouncing into the corner. Her golden visor tinting the ground yellow. “I saw the end of the dream.”
“What?” Ghost said.
“I needed to sleep longer, right?” Sasha put her hand on her knee and lifted herself up. “Well, death is the ultimate sleep.” She withdrew her hawkmoon, but found it missing. “I was just thinking about it all this time. I’ll try to stop.”
“What happened in the dream?” Ghost asked.
“Well-” Sasha was cut off. She was really getting tired of that.
“Hey! What’re you doing? This is MY room, not yours!” A voice said with sass, from behind a crate.
Sasha again reached for her hand cannon, remembering it wasn’t there. Not wanting to alert the crowd below, she only raised her fists as she inched towards it. She opened her mouth, when the voice spoke again.
“Ey! Ey! Ey! You get back!” The voiced yelled louder.
“Who are you?” Sasha said, softer.
“Someone prettier than you, tuts!”
Sasha sprung out from around the corner to find…
“A gun?”
======================
“Well, yeah! What did you think I was?”
“I- uh… I don’t know, really.” Sasha said. “Hold on, are you talking? You’re a gu-”
Sasha’s head darted up, away from the gun.
“Pahanin.” Ghost and Sasha whispered, in sync. “Super Good Advice.”
“Heh. I haven’t heard that name in a looooong time. Well, all I hear is:” The gun seemed to inhale. “CLICKCLICKCLOCKhisssssssssCLIIIIICK-”
Sasha picked up the gun. “SSSSSHHHH!”
The gun kept talking. “Fine. Whatevs, Tuts.”
Sasha, missing her weapon, took the LMG with her and continued forward, the gun singing the whole way.
”sweet home alabama, alllll summer looooong~!”

Zara landed with Ralph in a circular room. Akin to the airlock in the prison of elders, it had a hatch (where the duo came from) and four doors.
“Fifteen glimmer that this is a prison.” Zara drew her hand cannon and stood up.
“Actually-” Ralph grunted as he stood up. “I... think it’s an armory.” Ralph said, pointing at the sword insinga above them.
“One way to find out!” Zara blinked behind the nearest door, and then… Silence. Raplh began to worry.
Then: “holy crap!”
Ralph sighed, in relief. “What is it!?”
Zara opened the door. Hundreds of human weapons fell out.
“Oh. My. God.” Ralph said, dropping to his knees, examining the weapons. “Wait- all these guns suck!” He picked up a white hand cannon, then suddenly reeling back in disgust. “Eew!”
Zara, at the back of the room, pulled out 3 swords. “Wait! Holy shit, this is the jackpot!” She said, storing them on her back. She blinked out of the room. “Oh! What’s this?” Zara said, looking at Sasha’s Hawkmoon. She picked it up.
“Sasha must have lost that.” Ralph said.
“No *clang!*, Sherlock.” Zara, confused by the noise, looked around.
A faint yelling was heard.
“aaaaaaaahhhhhhhlookoutaaaahhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHH!” A figure fell from the grate and bashed the door adjacent to them down.
“Harro- haha!” Zara said, softly chuckling. “Oh man, I just- I really can’t get over your name.”
“Ah- damn…” Harrol said. A helmet landed on him.
“Hey, that must be where they store stolen armor!”
Zara looked at him with piercing eyes that said: Really? I couldn’t tell.
“Ehe-” Ralph seemed to shrink.
“Hey, what’s that helmet you got, there?” Zara asked.
Still dozy, he sat up and looked at the helmet. It had a beige-gold visor, with silver outlines. Matched his armor. Didn’t look anything special, but his helmet was toast, so he put it on.
“Looks good on you, Har-” Zara said, keeping a straight face. Well, trying to.
“Thanks.” He looked at the swords on herback, feeling a surge. He blurted out: “Are those swords? Oh! I call arc!”
Ralph lifted his finger to protest, (he wanted arc) but decided against it.
Zara was confused at his sudden exclamation. “Um.. Well, okay. Here you go, I guess.” She tossed him the sword.
“SWEET! When I first killed oryx in our world, I never got the chance to take his sword’s power crystal.” Harrol explained.
“You killed Oryx?” Ralph asked. “But… we killed oryx.”
“Um… yeah. But, I killed him in our world.” Harrol said, emotion immediately drained from him. “We need to find Sasha.” He thought for a moment. “And, uh, Jaik.”
======================
“Makin’ my way downtown, walkin’ fast, faces pass, and I’m like; nanananananaNA! And I need ya, nanananananaNA! And I want cha’, nananana-”
“OH MY GOD, SHUT THE HELL UP.”
“Now, listen here, I was happy snoozin’, up until you came along. I do what I want!”
Sasha sighed, deeply. As soon as she found the others she was dumping this gun on one of them. She would punch her way out of the ketch before she would go into large-scale combat with it. But, it was from a friend of hers, so she kept it.
As they ran up and down the corridors, Sasha was looking and hearing for her teammates.
She heard something.
She ran up the hallway, nearing the corner. She unholstered SGA, and readi-
“WOAH, WOAH, WOAH!” The LMG exclaimed. “I am not shooting anybody until you take me to dinner, first!”
Sasha holstered the gun again and took out her un-fueled axes.
“Fine. I’ll just go melee, then.” Sasha said, angry.
As she reached the corner, a wall clashed into her.
======================
“Oof!” Harrol said as he collided with Sasha. “Hey, watch it- SASHA!” Harrol jumped up and hugged her. “We’ve been looking all over for you!”
“Okay.” Sasha instantly pulled the heavy machine gun off her back and plopped it on Harrol. He grunted. Then, she glanced at Zara. “Hawkmoon. Now.”
“O- okay.” Zara handed her the weapon.
“Where’s Jaik?” Sasha asked.
“We don’t know.” Ralph answered her.
“We’ll find him later. Now, I think I know where we need to go. Follow me.” Sasha gestured a ‘follow’ motion with her hand.
“I think I know why those fallen were there.”
======================
As they ran back towards the large, circular room, Sasha told them the attack plan. Fallen were entering the hallway as they went, so they just ran and killed.
“There are fallen all over the room.” Sasha told. “Har, you’ll go in and use your super to eliminate most of the trash.”
“Got it.” He replied.
“Zara-” Sasha looked at her.
“Yeeess?” She said.
“I want you to blink to a higher ledge and pick off the remainders.”
“I... can do that.” Zara said sadly, wishing she was in the heat of the battle.
“What about me?” Ralph asked.
“Stay pretty!” SGA yelled.
“No- NO. Ralph, you make sure nothing else comes in the room, using your lightning.” Sasha grunted. She really hated that gun. Man, she could use some bacon right now.
“Got... it?” Ralph said. Man, everyone seemed so different in a combat situation.
“Alright… let’s do this!” Sasha said, as she summoned her axes and rammed through the door.
======================
Jaik felt… heavy. Like he held the weight of the world on his shoulders.
“*What’s… what’s happened to me?*”
He closed his eyes and rested.
A loud rumbling was heard.
“*Servitor, the intruders have been found near the prime. Begin the final mission.*” An unkown voice rumbled. It sounded feminine.
The servitor whirred in agreement and plot a course to the city.
“*When we are done, the Great Machine will be no more.*”
======================
“On your left!” Harrol called to Sasha, hacking left and right with his sword.
“Got it!” She plunged both axes into the vandal’s chest.
“Haha! This is great!” Zara yelled from above. Her hand cannon’s silver turned hot with every bullet.
Once they were done, they regrouped. Ralph held his position at the door.
“Well, what now?” Zara asked.
“Just hold on-” Sasha said. “-we may need to wait for awhile.”
The ship began to shake.
“We’re taking off!” Ghost yelled.
The circular platform in the center hissed, then opened.
And out came a Prime Servitor.
======================
“Aw, crap! How do we beat that!?” Harrol sighed.
“With teamwork!” Sasha yelled. “Zara, distract it!”
“On it!” Zara yelled as she began to run and blink about. “Over here, you purple asshole!”
“Harrol! Ralph! Focus fire!” Sasha yelled.
They began to shoot it. As bullets whizzed by her head, Sasha pondered for a moment.
Where would they be taking us?
Then, she remembered Variks’ speech.
The city.
