Sigh..
There are so many Destiny clans that are gender specific, this is not old news..
The Dames are one of the most popular Destiny clans ever and they only recruit females, and I do not see a single person complaining. There are Dads of Destiny, and many male exclusive clans as well. The point of an all female group is for us women to have a safe place where we can communicate and help each other. Many girls do not feel safe playing with men over the Internet. My entire fireteam has consisted of men since day 1 but we are very close friends. Not all women have that, though, and I believe this is an amazing way to make girls feel comfortable and perhaps eventually expand to playing with other groups.
I respect your opinion completely, we all feel differently about these things, but maybe bashing the Clans rules on their thread isn't the best idea. The clan is called the SISTERHOOD of Guardians, not the Brotherhood. Just my two cents :)

Thank you!Someone who gets it. A lot of women start out with us and build up confidence using a mic to chat to others since our environment is very relaxed and there's no pressure or possibility of being harassed.A few even move on from us to join coed clans and that's cool.So many seem to think we're trying to hide ourselves away,but they don't know the half of it.
