My Idea to fix it to make it good like an exotic should be is
When close instead of increasing ROF and decreasing damage just increase ROF so when close it does 20 and shoots really fast so it will be at least a usable weapon and wouldn't break the gun just saying

Yeah... you play that much PvP, and yet you have no idea how to balance a gun. The only weapons that increase their RoF without dropping damage are Tlaloc (which requires you have your super charged), Suros Regime (which requires you to use "Spinning Up" and hold down the trigger for most of the magazine), and Thunderlord (which is similar to Suros' Spinning Up). If all you had to do was be within a certain range of the enemy, which you are at naturally, to increase RoF, it would be extremely broken. What might be interesting is when you're hip firing within range of the enemy, it turns into a scattergun/shotgun.
