TAKEN VANDALS ARE TOO OP.

Okay, i was doing the nightfall and i found a group of devoured vandals (taken vandals) and they would get together and just keep on spamming their shield. Its annoying AF because they all get in one bubble and when you aim to shoot they put up another. Their bubble/shield ability has no cool down at ALL. one bubble disappears and the other puts it up right away and they do it over and over again. There has to be a longer cool down. just do the nightfall this week and the first part will be very hard with the vandals without a shotgun.
