Rebalance hammer potential. They are too slow and the perks to support that like Forgmaster's blast and flame seeker's tracking are trash. It can't be trusted as a range attack and attacks cost far too much to rush into close range for every target. Blast should increase, hammers should fly faster, or Flameseeker should definitely adjust stronger to a targets movement.
Rebalance Cauterize. Hammer of is taking equal if not more damage then ArcBlade and has a drastically slower attack rate and lower number of strikes. Not to mention lack of evasion skills. Cauterize does not give a large enough amount of health to justify a wait time equal to missing a whole attack, it's cheating players out of their reward of health gain when that kill. If cooldown can't be aligned with cooldown between attacks in super it shouldn't exist. Players that kill more often should heal more often.
