Yeah I think so...I was excited to get it.once I got it and actually used it I realized at least for me it's useless. Pve it's 100% useless unless you want to save 45 seconds by skipping the ships in raid. Pvp it's 99% useless.1 dodge is pretty useless never mind doing it twice....I find it way better to equip other exotics like armaterium ( spelling?) for 2 grenades. IMO it was overhyped.i see people get it and like myself use it for couple games and now collects dust in the vault.
