Year 1 player rewards (Meant for Bungie, since only they can help me here)

So, in september, a couple of weeks before The Taken King launched, I bought myself a PS4 and started a new journey as a guardian on that platform under the tag 'Chromaflux'. Before that I played Destiny on Xbox One, under the tag 'ReLiSe BE'. Since i've switched platforms i've never been eligible to get the year 1player rewards, such as the 'Old Guard' shader, which is a shame since i've played the game since launch. Is there any way i could receive the shader (and other year 1 player rewards, if there were any) on my PS4 characters?

If buying just ttk didn't let you get the rewards as well as all the dlcs wolves and crota would had to be completed. I am a year 1 player I always got the rewards. I myself been here since beta. Just because you didn't meant the requirements isn't bungie fault. You could had research it on what happened
