I know Hellbent02 already made a post like this but it gave me this idea. So an outbreak has just started and is spreading fast, it's been 3 days and the world has already become overrun, and society is beginning to crash. What do you do? Where would you go? For me I'd go a lone wolf route to begin with, board up a local school (they're built like fortresses around here), and start hoarding canned foods, meds and weapons (meds and weapons, especially ammo, makes a good bargaining tool), I'll wait it out, maybe start a group for people who pass by and have nowhere to go. Schools usually have a lot of advantages, most schools near me have high roofs, large fields and can be well fortified. About a month in: I would start segregating areas around my now amazing fortress, making med bays, fields for farming, rooms for housing, stock and store rooms, etc. 6 months in: Small teams of the group will be sent on supply runs each week around the town and look for supplies. After a few years: the farm should be growing food and as the town slowly runs out of supplies, it would also run out of zombies we would be able to retake the town, push out the boarders and create a community, or a safe haven.
