Flayer Mantle!
Ok so the past two weeks I've been grinding for the arc flayer mantle and haven't gotten it yet? rngesus why?!

i finally got it. i happend to get it from the nightfall if you want the arc specifically, then you need to kill the arc flayer last. try to find a team to make this easier. definitly my favourite cloak and its already 319
