There should be a vote to kick option. I don't understand why this isn't a thing yet.

People would find a way to abuse it.

It's pretty easy to understand really. 2 troll players could go into matchmaking together and kick you right before the boss. Even if it wasn't common, the fact that it could happen at all is what would suck. Imaging running to pee for a minute and you come back to find you've been kicked to orbit.
