My internet speed is pretty slow most of the time now, which causes lagging in PvP, slow loads and crashes in games. My internet provider is Time Warner, since Comcast isn't available in my area. I want to know how to up the speed, got back to ESO, but the game doesn't respond fast enough to commands and it gets cut from the servers. My budget is between $100-$150. Any recommendations and tips would be appreciated, thanks.
