I noticed it yesterday on PS4. I have my system hard-wired, and I've never had too many problems with the game. However, yesterday was terrible. I saw guardian bodies stuck all over the map, health still showing on dead players (after the kill confirmation), void grenades that stayed on the map the entire game (not hurting anyone though), players appearing out of nowhere, ammo boxes not opening, hits not registering, etc. It was TERRIBLE. I agree that something major has changed..
