I think the titan bubble glitch is more of a physics glitch. I've seen many defenders die upon activating their supers from the air as soon as they hit the ground. I've also heard reports of striker Titans using death from above dying of misadventure the moment they hit the ground. Sometimes people just seem to drop dead after landing funny. It's noticeable because in the kill feed the text is white rather than red or blue
